Organic acids

How are organic acids created in the organism?

In the organism of animals as in the human one we find different acids, some useful (like those that make up the gastric juices) and other very dangerous ones that, when they accumulate, are the primary cause of many diseases, including arthritis, osteoporosis and Gout.

There are two main sources of organic acidity:

The cellular turnover,
The power supply.
To these are added an intense muscular activity, the febrile states accompanied by an acceleration of the metabolism due to hematologic diseases (e.g., lymphoma, leukemia or hemolytic anemia) and the situations in which it increases the proliferation and death of Organic cells (E. G., psoriasis).
